Heat treatments

Dedacciai offers a complete treatment line for aluminum alloy and performs internally thermic treatment on the produced tubes.

We operate with the solubilization process and fast cooling in water solution tubs at the temperature range from 455°C (alloy class 7000) to 535 °C (alloy class 6000).

We obtain the best mechanical features, properly driving the artificial aging process in function to the treated element, from 380 N/mm2 of alloy class 7003, to 560 N/mm2 to the scandium alloy.

Moreover we operate extension push process (BK+s) on the hardened steels cooled wired drawing in order to reduce residual tensions and recover the ductility and toughness conditions required from cycle works.
